Nicky leads Amber. She’s passionate to see women thrive, know their value and God given identity. Nicky enjoys combining her love of people with hospitality.
Debbie Allen – Chaplaincy Assistant
Debbie enjoys working behind the scenes at Amber, whether that is organising an event, or running a fundraising campaign. She loves being with people, volunteering on the Olivia team performing with her electric string trio!
Ruth leads the Eden team who visit the 3 clubs in the city. She builds relationships with the dancers, hostesses, bar staff, bouncers and managers – she is often heard telling people that she has the best job in the world!
Sue Holt – Olivia Chaplain
Sue leads the Olivia team offering support to some of the most marginalised and vulnerable women selling sex on the streets. They provide two evening outreach sessions each week plus the opportunity for daytime support. Sue enjoys running, badminton, a good jigsaw and a nice cocktail!
Emily is an experienced, specialist Relationship Counsellor, having trained with and worked for the National relationship counselling organisation, Relate, for 8 years.
It quickly became apparent that the benefit of delivering a relationship counselling service within the 3 strip clubs in Southampton could be hugely helpful for the dancers working there. Emily is so passionate about helping to support women and their wellbeing, so is incredibly excited to be part of this amazing collaboration.
